Matildas beat Brazil in international women's football friendly, and Sam Kerr inspires Matildas to another win over brazil.
Kerr's combined assists helped Kerr's home-team score their first goal against Matilda before finishing the match with the Samuton striker for a seventh goal in the final four games international.
The Matildas concede in opening minute but defeat Brazil 3-2.
Sam Kerr lead by an inspiring performance. Therefore, The Matildas continue to stake their claim as the rising force in world women’s football. The Matildas are much more than a one-woman team as tonight’s effort showed : Catley, Van Egmond, Kennedy, Gorry, Logarzo and Raso were all superb.

Samantha May "Sam" Kerr was born on 10 September 1993. She is an Australian soccer forward who plays for the Australia women's national soccer team (also known as the Matildas) and Sky Blue FC in the American National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). As of July 2017, she is the all-time leading scorer in the league.
She previously played for Sydney FC and Perth Glory in the Australian W-League as well as the Western New York Flash in the NWSL.In 2013, she helped the Flash win the inaugural NWSL Shield. In 2017, she was awarded the Julie Dolan Medal. She was named International Player of the Year by the Football Media Association (FMA) in 2013 and 2014.
In July 2017, Kerr was the top goalscorer in the inaugural Tournament of Nations. She scored a hat-trick in Australia's 4–2 victory over Japan, and also scored a goal against Brazil. Australia went on to win the tournament.
